    New rods - advice wanted

Post by Dan on Wed Nov 13, 2013 6:59 pm

Looking for 2 new carp rods - anyone got an recommendations, will buy second hand and don't want to pay a bomb.

Not fussed about top name brands but don't want dragon carp standard either !

    Hi Dan.

Not sure what price youre looking at but Pickerings had some Greys in not too sure if they were 2.5 or 2 3/4 test curve but were £84.95.

Great make and one in which you wont go wrong.

I'll also take a browse around the net to find some decent stuff at great prices.

Try this one Korum at just under £49 good make too.

    http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Korum-12ft-Carp-Fishing-Rod-All-Test-Curves-Available-/390620526605?pt=UK_SportingGoods_FishingAcces_RL&var=&hash=item5af2cc380d

Korum 12ft Carp Fishing Rod only in 3lb but if you google it i'm sure you'd get t/c elsewhere suitable to you.

Cheers mate - I wouldn't mind sticking with sonik - have an sk3 quiver and it's brilliant.
