Expressing yourself online! Empty Expressing yourself online!

A recent experience today has made me think how difficult it is to actually express yourself online!

Obviously with everything going down in a text format, people cant read the tone in your voice, or expressions on your face and things may be taken out of context.

It hit me, this is another way the internet has ruined communication and actually speaking with people face to face !

Obivously on a forum or social networking site it is easier, because the majority of discussions are on topic and you can make out how things are supposed to be written.

    What are your views?

I have had various occasions in the past were text messages have been taken completely out of context! Lots of explaining has had to be done on numerous times!!

But as we become more and more of a technology based generation, we will soon lose all communication skills as it will all be done online!!
